Account Settings

Executive Summary

Account Settings is your personal area within Operations. Update your profile, change your password, adjust display preferences, and manage your own security options — separate from organisation-wide settings managed by administrators.

Opening Account Settings

Click your name or avatar in the top-right corner of any page and choose Settings. You can also navigate directly to Settings in the sidebar under the Settings group.

Updating Your Profile

1. Open Account Settings.
2. Update your name, contact details, and profile photo.
3. Save changes.

Your profile photo appears in the header and on shared screens where your name is shown.

Changing Your Password

1. Open the security or password section of Account Settings.
2. Enter your current password and your new password twice.
3. Save — you may need to sign in again on other devices.

Display Preferences

Adjust theme (light or dark) and other personal display options where available. Preferences apply only to your account on the current browser.

Security Options

Manage personal two-factor authentication and connected devices if your organisation allows user-level control. Some security policies are set at organisation level — see Organisation → Security for organisation-wide rules.
