Analyst is your in-app business assistant. Open it from the header to ask questions about your data, get summaries, and receive suggested actions based on activity in modules such as insurance, sales, inventory, and HR — without exporting spreadsheets or switching tools.

Opening Analyst

Click Analyst in the page header. The assistant panel opens alongside your current work.

Asking Questions

Type a question in plain language — for example:

  • “What submissions are waiting for quotes?”
  • “Summarise this month’s sales.”
  • “Which policies renew in the next 30 days?”

Press send and wait for the response.

Understanding Responses

Analyst returns summaries, lists, and explanations based on data in modules your organisation uses and that you have permission to view. Responses may include links or suggestions to open the relevant screen.

Acting on Suggestions

When Analyst highlights an item needing attention — overdue task, unusual figure, or pending approval — follow the suggested link to the detailed screen and complete the action there.
