Product guide — Operations Insurance Module

Executive Summary

Insurance is a full broker and insurer operating platform inside Operations — not a bolt-on policy register. It covers the complete lifecycle from submission intake through quoting, placement, policy issue, endorsements, renewals, claims, reinsurance, regulatory reporting, and commission accounting, with seven inbuilt AI agents that stream decision support from live portfolio data.

The Insurance Command Center gives executives and underwriters one screen for pipeline conversion, premium performance, loss ratio, open claims, outstanding premium, commission payable, and regulatory status. Brokers, underwriters, claims handlers, finance teams, and compliance officers work in a single connected workflow — with documents attached to every entity, configurable workflows, and optional self-service portals for brokers and policyholders.

Whether you run motor, property, commercial, travel, micro-insurance, or group schemes, the product catalogue is fully configurable. AI adapts to the product type at quote time — no separate analytics tool, no export to spreadsheets.

AI Features

Insurance includes seven inbuilt AI decision points. Each streams analysis from live module data and supports follow-up questions in context — native to the ERP, not a separate chat tool.

# AI feature Where to open it
1 Dashboard Insights Insurance → Dashboard → Insights
2 AI Quote Builder Submissions list or submission detail → AI Quote
3 AI Quote Comparison Insurance → Quotes → Compare Quotes
4 AI Claims Triage Open a claim → AI Triage
5 AI Analytics Reports Insurance → Reports
6 AI Renewal Strategy Insurance → Policies → Renewals → AI Renewal Strategy
7 AI Treaty Analysis Insurance → Reinsurance → Contracts → AI Treaty Analysis

Dashboard Insights

Click Insights on the Insurance Command Center. The AI reads your portfolio KPIs and produces an executive briefing — portfolio posture, key metrics, strategic insights, and priority actions. Ask follow-up questions in the panel; the conversation keeps dashboard context.

AI Quote Builder

From All Submissions or a submission detail page, choose AI Quote. The AI reads the submission and risk details, then streams a structured quote draft — coverages, limits, deductibles, premium, rating basis, and terms. Edit the preview, refine with natural-language prompts, then Save Quote as a formal quote version.

AI Quote Comparison

Open Insurance → Quotes → Compare Quotes and select multiple quotes. The page builds a side-by-side AI comparison with premiums, terms, pros and cons, and a binding recommendation for underwriters.

AI Claims Triage

Open a claim under Insurance → Claims, then click AI Triage. The AI assesses severity, liability, reserve adequacy, fraud indicators, and recommended next steps from the claim file, reserves, and payments.

AI Renewal Strategy and Treaty Analysis

On Renewals, use AI Renewal Strategy for retention and repricing guidance. On Reinsurance → Contracts, use AI Treaty Analysis to review layer adequacy, cession efficiency, and exposure gaps.

A submission is the starting point for new business sent to insurers.
