Getting Started

Open Logistics in the sidebar. The Dashboard shows active trips, available drivers, and fleet utilisation.

Drivers and Vehicles

Drivers

  1. Go to Logistics → Drivers.
  2. Add drivers with contact details and licence information.
  3. Assign drivers to vehicles and trips.

Vehicles

Maintain your fleet under Logistics → Vehicles — registration, capacity, and maintenance notes.

Clients

Record delivery clients under Logistics → Clients. Clients link to trips as pickup or drop-off parties.

Planning Trips

Creating a trip

  1. Open Logistics → Trips.
  2. Create a new trip with driver, vehicle, and route stops.
  3. Add clients, addresses, and scheduled times for each stop.
  4. Dispatch the trip when ready.

Trip stops

Each trip consists of ordered stops. Update stop status as the driver arrives, loads, and completes delivery.

Command Centre

The Command Centre provides a live operational view of all active trips — ideal for dispatch desks.

  1. Go to Logistics → Command Center.
  2. View trips on the map and in the status list.
  3. Identify delays and reassign resources if needed.

Trip Monitoring

Track driver progress through GPS updates where enabled. Open an active trip to see current location, completed stops, and estimated arrival.
