Organisation

Executive Summary

Organisation settings control how your company appears and operates in the system — profile and branding, active modules, users, roles, billing, accounting periods, email templates, and security policies. Administrators spend most setup time here before rolling the system out to staff.

Getting Started

Open Organisation in the sidebar, or click your organisation name in the header. Settings are grouped into tabs for easy navigation.

General Settings

Under General, set:

  • Organisation name and legal details
  • Logo and branding
  • Contact information
  • Regional preferences

Modules

Under Modules, choose which business areas are active — Stock, Accounting, CRM, Insurance, and others. Only activated modules appear in the sidebar for your users.

  1. Review available modules.
  2. Turn modules on or off according to your subscription and needs.
  3. Save changes — users may need to refresh permissions.

Users and Roles

Users

Go to Organisation → Users to add staff, send invitations, and deactivate leavers.

Roles

Go to Organisation → Roles to define roles and assign permissions. Combine roles with user groups in HR for fine-grained access.

Apps and Integrations

Configure which app profiles and integrations apply to your organisation under Apps, Sales & Inventory, and Documents tabs.

Billing and Periods

  • Billing — subscription and payment details for your Operations account
  • Periods — financial and operational periods used across accounting and reporting

Emails

Create and manage email templates under Organisation → Emails for invitations, notifications, and customer communications.

Security

Review security options under the Security and System tabs — password policies, two-factor authentication requirements, and related controls.
